Encouraging students from a variety of backgrounds to learn with and from each other helps them become more life ready. Therefore, we have put together a true toolkit to support students or educators who are interested in getting an AFS Intercultural Club started. There are approximately 2 activities per month to give the club leader ideas on how to support a full academic year of meetings, plus there are additional activities tied to a variety of themes that might be of importance to the student group.
Educators are encouraged to use this toolkit to support their international, intercultural, or culture and connections club even if it isn't doesn't include AFS in its name.
If you are the club sponsor of an AFS or International Club, we would love to learn more about how your club works and what we can do to support you and your club. Would you like to connect your club with another one in the U.S. or abroad? Would you like some AFS swag to share with students? Please complete this quick form and let us know.
